Return Policy
RETURNING OUR MERCHANDISE
You have the right to return your order (or parts of your order) within 14 days of receiving your package in the mail without giving any reason, provided it is still factory sealed (further exclusions apply). To return an item(s), you must inform our customer service team via the contact form, by sending an email or you can return the product(s) using this withdrawal form.
Please note that any costs will *not* be reimbursed if the product is returned without prior notification. The return period will expire 14 days after the day that you have taken possession of the product. If you have ordered multiple products with varying delivery times, the return period expires 14 days after the final product of the order has been received.
EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
A customer can also request for an exchange of his order purchased within 14 days upon receiving the package. All purchased items should be inside the original package and unused. You must provide the exact information on which items you want replaced and why via email, contact form or exchange form – prior to returning (part of) your order.
We are always happy to exchange purchased items, but RE-shipping fees are not included. Will we send you an invoice for shipping fees and payment for new shipping must arrive prior to us shipping out your replacement. Make sure you contact us and we will do our best to keep the hassle to a minimum!
DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your items are damaged upon opening, we kindly request that you take pictures of the damaged goods and send these to us via email. We are always happy to exchange your items or provide you with a full refund in cases where there are clear signs of damage that was not caused by the customer.
In the unlikely situation that a customer receives his order/items damaged or faulty, we will not only happily replace these items, Super Strains will cover the shipping costs and any additional fees that might appear during the replacement process.
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Every customer can request to return his order as long as it is inside the original package, it has never been used and it has not been longer than 14 days since receiving the package.
EXCLUSIONS
Following conditions are not covered by the right to return or exchange:
**Seed products that have had their original package opened.
**Merchandise products that are showing signs of use.
**Smoking accessories that are unsealed after delivery (hygiene)
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
You will be liable for any reduction in product value based on handling or use beyond what is necessary to access its functionality/condition.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when exchanging or returning your purchase. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please remember to notify us before sending back goods. All returns will be under customer liability until they reach our office.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
If you cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping, you will receive a full refund – no questions asked. Please remember, we aim to ship all our order within 24 hours so the window of possibility is relatively short.
REFUND PROCESS
After you have exercised your right to return, all payments (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. Depending on your original payment method, the refund will be performed as follows:
