How to place an order

Step 1 Place the desired product in the shopping cart 
Go to the product of your choice and press the button in shopping cart.
The added products end up in your shopping cart, you can consult them at the top right of the page. When you have finished shopping, you can go to the checkout page to complete the order.

Step 2 Provide your personal details 
We need some information to process the order and have it delivered to the right place. If you already have an account, you can log in with your e-mail address and password, you do not have to enter your details again. You can choose whether you want to checkout as a guest or create an account. If you would like to see all your orders and view their status, we recommend that you create an account.

Step 3 Select payment method
With us you can choose from several payment options, so that you can always pay safely and easily. With some payment methods you will be referred to a secure external website to complete your payment.

Step 4 Finalize the order 
Read and accept the Terms of Agreement and press the ‘Place order’ button to finalize the order. After all steps have been completed and the order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation. This contains the details of the order and your shipping and billing address. It is advisable to create your own customer account. You can always easily and quickly view your order history and possibly change invoice and shipping details.

Change or cancel your order

Have you made a mistake in your order? If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always change your order. In that case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will then change your order as desired and you will receive an additional payment request from us at an additional cost. If the amount is lower, we will refund the overpaid amount to your account within 5 working days.

Cancel your order
Of course you always have the option to cancel your order at Super Strains. In that case you send an e-mail to our customer service, then we will cancel your order and, if applicable, credit the purchase amount.

You can easily create an account at any time at the top of the main page of the Super Strains website. All you need is an email address and a password. An account is useful for following your new orders, reviewing old orders or, for example, keeping a wish list. You have access to your account and your customer data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With an account it is easier to place new orders and you do not have to enter your details every time for a new order.

Orders via Super Strains are secured by means of an SSL certificate. This means that all online communication between Super Strains website and you as a consumer will be encrypted by the SSL certificate. Sensitive and personal data (for example your bank details) are sent to us encrypted by the certificate. With an order you can pay directly online. We then offer you the option to pay by several payment options. Naturally, this information is also sent over a secure (SSL) connection that guarantees your security.
